Dr. Grace Walker, Physical & Occupational Therapist is Committed to Education


Dr. Grace Walker is a Southern California Physical and occupational therapist who directs the Walker Physical Therapy and Pain Center located in the city of Orange. Committed to education as a way of gaining in-depth professional competency, she strives to offer patients quality care that addresses musculoskeletal problems and enhances quality of life. Dr. Grace Walker earned her Physical Therapy Doctorate and her Occupational Therapy doctorate at the Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions and completed a Postgraduate Residency program in Orthopedics at the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Hayward, California. She subsequently undertook a Post-Doctoral Fellowship with the Gray Institute in Functional Training. In recent years, in order to add Wellness to her practice Dr. Walker has completed certifications in Aromatherapy, Herbology, and Nutrition culminating in her Certified Holistic Healthcare Practitioner at the Natural Healing Institute of Naturopathy. She expects to complete a degree there as Certified Naturopathic Practitioner in 2015. She maintains longstanding membership in both the American Physical Therapy Association, the American Occupational Therapy Association and takes pride in the respect she has gained from fellow practitioners over the years. Dr. Grace Walker emphasizes fitness in her daily life and owns dogs who are Certified through Therapy Dogs International.
