5 Reasons for Back Pain in Pregnacy

According to Grace Walker, Physical & Occupational Therapist and Nutritionist, reasons for back pain during pregnancy can vary but can usually be accounted for by one of the following:
  1. An increase in hormones
  2. Gaining additional weight
  3. A decline in posture
  4. Added stress
  5. Decreased activity levels
