Grace Walker, Kinesiotaping Expert as a Physical and Occupational Therapist

Dr. Grace Walker, physical and occupational therapist, specializes in several revolutionary pain relief treatments, such as:

KINESIOTAPING

Kinesiotaping is a technique which uses the body’s own healing process.  It works by activating the neurological and circulatory systems. KT Tape allows for free ROM, which is necessary for the muscular system to heal.

Four Major Functions of Kinesiotape:
1.   Activates endogenous analgesic systems

2.   Corrects joint problems

3.   Supports Muscles

4.   Removes Congestion to the flow of body fluids

Success Story: “I arrived at Walker Physical Therapy & Pain Center with joint stiffness due to a bunionectomy with an infection that followed surgery. After mobility exercises and manual therapy, my range of motion greatly improved. Swelling was reduced with kinesiotape. It is like a miracle! I can now walk properly without the daily foot pain . I feel wonderful and am grateful for the friendly, knowledgeable staff at Walker P.T. for helping me achieve a higher quality of life!”
